To Print Your Newsletter
The following
instructions apply to the MS Internet
Explorer Browser, but other browsers will be similar.
Get the newsletter in
the browser
window. At the left end of the top menu line click on FILE. Then click
on Page Setup. You will get a Page Setup Box. At bottom set all four
"margins"
to .25 inches. Click OK. This should keep the right side from being
cutoff
during printing.
To print click on
FILE again.
Then click on PRINT. A new print box comes up. There should
be a
"Print Range" section where you can select "Print All" or "Print a
Range
of Pages". The first time select print "all" so you will have a copy of
the entire Newsletter content. On subsequent issues you can select
"Print
Pages 1 - 5" and you should get all of the current news section. Click To Go To
Page 2
to see the permanent items of the newsletter.

Mike PhillipsAn update on the Tallahassee Brass Band. A Christmas concert, Dec 11th, 7 PM, at TCC's Turner Auditorium. February
2nd, Big Bend Brass Band Festival with lots of special events. A High
School Brass Band All Stars group is being formed. Sponsorships are
available.
Full Golf Committee Meeting CHANGED FROM Thursday,
November 1st TO FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND at 7 AM at Talley's Grille. Charley sent out an email to
all committee members telling us what to be prepared to do. This
is also a round table opportunity for those members who cannot make the
noon Civic Club luncheon at the Fairgrounds Thursday.
KIWANIS INTERANTIONAL LEGION OF HONOR AWARDS were
presented to Charles Nuzum, John Robbins and Chuck Walter for 25 years
of Kiwanis membership. You also have to reach the age of 65 it is
believed.

Monticello Club Golf Tournament
FLU SHOTS THIS YEAR Johnnye
Luebkemann is on the Division 3 steering committee to promote
immunizations this year. Shots are available at various
grocery and drug stores, and the Health Dept. SHINGLES SHOTS The vaccine is available. Shots cost $200 part of which may be covered by insurance.

A good, close-by opportunity to get to a District Convention. Plan a mini family get-away. Florida Foundation Caring Corner at the District Convention
The money goes to the Florida Kiwanis Foundation to use for the benefit
of Sponsored Programs. We have already received a $5,000 grant this
year for our Playground Project and the Division 3 Miracle Field project received $10,000 last week.

has vetted and approved. Florida Kiwanis and KI will match money raised by Aktion clubs up to $200.
Killearn Kiwanis will match up to $200 raised by our AKtion Club.
