The following
instructions apply to the MS Internet

Get the newsletter in
the browser
window. At the left end of the top menu line click on FILE. Then click
on Page Setup. You will get a Page Setup Box. At bottom set all four
"margins"

cutoff
during printing.
To print click on
FILE again.
Then click on PRINT. A new print box comes up. There should
be a
"Print Range" section where you can select "Print All" or "Print a
Range
of Pages". The first time select print "all" so you will have a copy of
the entire Newsletter content. On subsequent issues you can select
"Print
Pages 1 - 5" and you should get all of the current news section.

MONTHLY COMMITTEE REPORTS TO THE DISTRICT
In order to be eligible
for a District Award committees must submit monthly reports via the
District Web Site. It is easy with just a little learning. Chuck will
give you personal training so you can do it each month. Go as far as you can, but don't "SUBMIT"
your report. Just let it remain pending. Later, when you have all the information, you can go back and
update it with complete correct information.
------
Gavin Boone, as chair
of the Admin Committee, has offered to do the reports for those who
cannot do it online themselves. Just give him a written report. However, try to do it yourself and save him a lot of time.
