To Print Your Newsletter
The following
instructions apply to the MS Internet
Explorer Browser, but other browsers will be similar.
Get the newsletter in the browser window. At the left end of the top menu line click on FILE. Then click on Page Setup. You will get a Page Setup Box. At bottom set all four "margins" to .25 inches. Click OK. This should keep the right side from being cutoff during printing.
To print click on
FILE again.
Then click on PRINT. A new print box comes up. There should
be a
"Print Range" section where you can select "Print All" or "Print a
Range
of Pages". The first time select print "all" so you will have a copy of
the entire Newsletter content. On subsequent issues you can select
"Print
Pages 1 - 5" and you should get all of the current news section.

Elect Al Eppinger's report on District and Division goals for next year, beginning October 1st. Another Thank You from Donna Bennett of TMH Thank You's From DeSoto Trail Elementary Jim Barger shared with us two big envelopes of letters and notes from 3rd grade students thanking us for the dictionaries provided earlier this year. New Member Induction Mike Phillips, sponsored by Charley Esher, was inducted. He is from Indiana, works with FDLE Homeland Security as Technical Coordinator, Florida Law Enforcement Connectivity Work Group; he has told us before about his favorite hobby, The Tallahassee Brass Drum & Bugle Corps which he founded.  GOLF COMMITTEE MEETING Some sub committees will be working on various issues aimed to improvement. If you have ideas call John Ryor or Al Eppinger. World Changers Coming to Tallahasse Next Week. These folks will be working with Habitat For Humanity to build houses. On June 15th Gavin Boone will be providing them lunch and could use some help. Call Gavin for details. Monticello Mellon Run Saturday, June 16th. 7-8 AM. Join The Varley's and Richard Zielger in this fund raiser. You can walk. Shingles Vacine Available for over 65 folks. If you had chicken pox you are at risk. Miracle Field News  Each individual is encouraged to contribute on their own. Jim Wylie is giving this project his all. Call him to see how you can help him. PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARDS Tell Secretary Jim Varley how many years are shown on your current perfect attendance tab, if you have one. Also, tell him how many years you have earned. This includes previous membership in other Kiwanis clubs. WEAR YOUR KIWANIS PIN! MONTHLY COMMITTEE REPORTS TO THE DISTRICT In order to be eligible for a District Award committees must submit monthly reports via the District Web Site. It is easy with just a little learning. Chuck will give you personal traning so you can do it each month. Go as far as you can, but don't "SUBMIT" your report. Just let it remain pending. Later, when you have all the information, you can go back and update it with complete correct information. Gavin Boone, as chair of the Admin Committee, has offered to do the reports for those who cannot do it online themselves. Just give him a written report. However, try to do it yourself and save him a lot of time. |
