To Print Your Newsletter
The following
instructions apply to the MS Internet
Explorer Browser, but other browsers will be similar.
Get the newsletter in
the browser
window. At the left end of the top menu line click on FILE. Then click
on Page Setup. You will get a Page Setup Box. At bottom set all four
"margins"
to .25 inches. Click OK. This should keep the right side from being
cutoff
during printing.
To print click on
FILE again.
Then click on PRINT. A new print box comes up. There should
be a
"Print Range" section where you can select "Print All" or "Print a
Range
of Pages". The first time select print "all" so you will have a copy of
the entire Newsletter content. On subsequent issues you can select
"Print
Pages 1 - 5" and you should get all of the current news section. Click To Go To
Page 2
to see the permanent items of the newsletter.

Buck: LUEBKEMANN; grandson's band won Virginia Beach Competition. Guests: MARIA HARPER and brother JOSEPH; MARVIN DOYAL, JIM WYLIE; Micosukee Little League players an coaches for the program. PROGRAM Donna Whaley, President, Miccosukee
Little League, and Coach Dave Whaley with 3 boys and a young lady, Mary
Beth Wooden, who sang the National Anthem with a marvelous voice. The
various teams of the league have been very successful this year.

Support for Key Club Leadership Conference Expenses The Board voted to provide $200 for these expenses to the Denver meeting. More Tab Deliveries C. K. delivered 415 lbs of tabs for Ronald McDonald House.
Refuge House Underware Johnnye was able to get discounts on discounts from Jim Gooden at Beall's,
saving $100+ on the purchase of 22 pairs of panties. Thanks to Jim,
again. He was also a big supporter of our golf tournament again this
year. Patti Doyal gave us many boxes of Post Office items which were taken to Refuge House. Richard Ziegler has volunteered to be our contact with the P.O.

Gragnani reported delivery of 39 items of new clothing worth about $139
plus 4 bags of clothing from his neice and Joy Nuzum.
AWARDS FOR 2007-2008 Committee
Chairs must submit committee reports to the District online at the
District web site to be eligible for awards. It is easy once you get
the feel of it.
GUARDIAN AD LITEM CHILD ADVOCATES II If
you sold or bought ticket to the fund raiser FRIDAY, May 9th,
report it to Secretary Jim Varley so he can report it on our monthly
report. Division 3 produced about $2,000 for this fund raiser.

MICCOSUKEE LITTLE LEAGUE Go
see them play the next 2
Saturdays from 9 - 1 pm start times.
T-Ball at 9 am, Machine pitch at 11 am, older youngsters at 1 pm. They
will give us a program May 22nd to show us how our money was used. Havana Club Golf Fund Raiser Tee off following a lunch on May 30th. $50 per person. George is trying to get a foursome together. Call him. Serving The Club

K-KIDS PROJECT The DeSoto Trail administration accepted our offer to set up the K-Kids program. Our committee is composed of Al
Eppinger, Tommy Mills, John Ryor and LeRoy Thompson. The
Division 3 objective is to have each club
sponsor at
least one new K-Kids Club. This club will start when school begins in
August and will be formed in conjunction with the Student
Council. Gilchrist Elementary is also very interested in working with us on a club. WEAR YOUR

club is now officially organized and is meeting twice monthly on the
1st and 3rd Thursdays at noon at The Southwood Welcome Center (Subject
to change). There are 21 women and 11 men members. Their Chartering
Dinner was May 19th. If
you know of people who live or
work in that area give their name and number to Al Eppinger so he can
invite them. Lt. Gov. Al presented Jim Barger with a New Club Building certificate for helping this new club with their financial setup.

---- Read the Mid Year District Mailing with information useful to you. ----- District Governor Mark Taylor made a visit to Division 3 Monday, April 28th.
On Tuesday, the 29th, he visited the State Cabinet meeting and received
a proclamation honoring Florida Kiwanis from Governor Crist. AKtion
Club member Resa and a member of both Circle-K and Key Club were in
attendance to meet both Governors.

Web Site Robert Moore was named Div 3 Distinguished Key Club Lt. Gov. New Lt. Governors are: 3A, Mikeal George; and 3B, Megan Torrence. ------ Maria Harper, our Earl Bufton Scholarship Winner has
chosen Stetson University in DeLand, FL; She says.." it's small, it's
warm, and I will be running on the team there, so I am excited." She
and her brother Joseph were at the May 22nd meeting so we can present
her with her check for $1,000. She
was also named Runner-Up in the Athletic
Category
among the Leon County Best and Brightest with a photo in the
Democrat. She is a runner and was named to the All Big Bend Cross
Country Track Club.
 ----- Meeting Dates & Time No more meeting for this year. This year they had an outstanding 3500 hours of community service. President
John Ryor wants us to make a better effort to support the Key Club by
attending more of their meetings on a regular basis next year. ----- New Key Club
