2008 Prize Donors
2008 Sponsors
and refresh your memory about who you contacted last year. A list by member name is on the golf meeting board. It has been circulated via email.
Let's  make it a point to get all the door prize donations and sponsorships taken care of by the end of March so we can then concentrate on players.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to sponsor a nice prize for "Closest to the pin" on all four par three holes.
Our first tee and green sponsors are The Tallahassee Orthopedic Center and Wise Realty Company. Bob Orsillo is sponsoring the Putting Contest. Only a few prizes have been reported so far.
-----
A mailout of more than 180 posters, player registration forms and a cover letter was put together, labeled and stamped Thursday, Feb 19th. Assisting were: Bob and Peg Dowing, Vince Puccio, Chuck Walter, Steve Mayberry, Don Griffin, and others.
-----
The golf web pages are being updated for this year. Please view them and mention errors or changes needed.

REMEMBER
*A volunteer is needed to be treasurer in place of President Elect Jim Barger. He will train thoroughly and be available to help.
*Also, a Secretary Understudy is needed to help Al Eppinger with secretarily duties while he is handling the golf tournament.
*The club needs a public relations chair. Step forward and help our club get recognition for all the good things we do. You can let your imagination run free.
