THE NINETEENTH ANNUAL
HOW YOU CAN HELP WITH THIS WORTHY
CAUSE
1. CONTRIBUTE PRIZES TO BE AWARDED
TO CONTESTANTS.
As a contributor your name will be exposed to
all participants in the tournament brochure, on the sponsor board, and
in our club bulletin, right here on our INTERNET page for nearly two years,
as well as favorable mention during prize presentations. We will sincerely
appreciate whatever you are able to do. Your donations need not be large.
Some examples of prizes donated in past years are: round trip airline tickets,
weekend vacations for two, golf equipment, lawn and garden equipment, furniture,
dinners for two, automobiles, vacations and cash prizes for a hole-in-one,
numerous gift certificates, and many other useful prizes. We hope to be
able to present at least two door prizes to every contestant. Some prizes
are awarded for golfing skill, but most are awarded by a drawning from
a list of the contestants. See section 2 below for how you can sponsor
a really significant hole-in-one prize for very little cash outlay. We
will reserve a sponsorship for you for this year if you want to get your
name in early.
We would really like to obtain a
fully paid MAJOR DRAWING PRIZE, such as a mini-vacation with round trip
air fare, or a cruise for two. For this we
will give you EXTRA exposure and recognition.
Email for more information about
this opportunity and a complete Corporate Sponsorship.
KEEP US IN MIND WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR PUBLIC RELATIONS
BUDGET FOR 2005.

The cost to sponsor this
event is $300.
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU:
Your name and/or logo will be put on a sign at
the green or tee to identify you as the sponsor and a community service
supporter. Also, your name will appear on the sponsor board and in
the tournament brochure as well as the club bulletin, and here on our INTERNET
page for NEARLY TWO YEARS.
**NOTE: Hole-in-One sponsorship includes one FREE
player registration ($75 value). Sorry, there are NO free player registrations
for the $150 non-par 3 sponsorships.
3. PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT. (The
following is subject to change without notice.)
This is a tournament designed to be affordable
for the everyday golfer. Everyone is welcome to participate. The registration
fee which is still only $75 per person covers cart, greens fee, a great
lunch and door prizes. You will enjoy a Spring day on the beautiful Killearn
course. Get your favorite foursome together or just mix with some new acquaintances
for good fellowship, and win some valuable prizes. Skill is not important.
Most prizes are drawn from the list of contestants. Don't put off your
response. The field is limited. When 120 registrations have been received
we will begin a waiting list. Please mention this tournament to your friends
and business associates. See you there.
